My husband left the oven on last night . . . !!

The oven was onI was trying to sleep, but I could smell a ‘hot oven’ smell, so I asked him; “did you remember to turn the oven off before you came to bed?”

He’d been cooking an apple pie as a ‘before-bed’ snack (we’ll talk about this in another post)! ūüėČ

His answer was yes“Yes!” Was his response!!

But I could smell it, so I went downstairs to investigate . . .

And, low-and-behold, just as I’d thought . . . it WAS on!!!

I KNEW IT!!!

He’d insisted he’d turned it off . . .¬†“I’m certain!” He’d said . . .¬†But clearly, he HADN’T!!!

certainBloody men! ūüėČ

Have YOU ever been absolutely certain about something . . . only to find you were, actually¬†wrong (like being positive¬†you left your keys on the kitchen table, but then finding them in the fridge?!)?! ūüėē

Have you ever been steadfast in your resolve to do something . . .

. . . Only to be scuppered at the first hurdle by something so simple, you felt almost embarrassed you let it slip you up?!uncomfortable

It DOES take a lot to be healthy and fit, doesn’t it?

We have to stretch outside our comfort zone!!

We have to be strong when everyone else is weak and giving into temptations.

We almost always fail in some way or another during the process.

It takes a lot to be healthy and fit.¬†There’s no doubt about it!¬†But it really takes more to lose . . . to be sick, fat, and unhealthy.

DisappointmentOn this journey of looking and feeling your best you’re bound to get frustrated, confused, stuck, and discouraged.

You might try a new diet or workout program and fall flat on your face.

You might try going to a class, or attending a boot camp, and find out just how unfit you are . . .

And I know that’s not much fun!!Baby learning

It’s life . . .

It’s the way things work. It’s how we learn and grow.

You have to get up, dust ourselves off, and try again.

But, I’ll¬†tell you something . . .

It costs a million times more to struggle with being sick, overweight, and feeling exhausted than it does to be healthy and energised.

Of course it can be tough carrying out all the processes needed to succeed . . .crocodile wearing a towel

Blue stick man giving upAnd when things go wrong, it’s tempting to throw in the towel.

But, what will your life be like 5 years from now if you don’t tough it out?

Where will you be? Same weight issues? Still exhausted? Still miserable? Will you possibly sabotage your health even further?

It takes a lot to come out on top!

But if you think about it, you have no choice.

The cost of giving up is almost immeasurable. The cost of ill-health is a short life.

The cost of low energy is living a life unfulfilled – one where you’re too tired to do the things you want (like playing with your kids, or pursuing your passions).

The cost of being overweight is looking in the mirror and HATING what you see.

Which path will you choose?Which path?

Will you join me?

Will you use this information to change your life and to better the lives of your loved ones?

Making a decisionOr will you take the “easy” road of certainty and settle for less? Happily blob out in front of the TV, continue to make poor choices, and let other people and poor information dictate your health, your mind, and your life?

You have the choice . . . What will it be?

I think we both know the answer . . . don’t we?

That’s right . . .

Let’s get in the game and kick some butt!

If YOU are ready to make that commitment to a healthier, fitter, happier YOU . . . Get in-touch NOW!!!
